1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cartly, provided by Orbitara Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. By using Cartly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cartly.
2. General audience
Cartly is a general-audience application and is not directed to children under 13.
3. What Cartly provides
Cartly is a shopping organization and information tool. It may help you manage shopping budgets and carts, scan labels or barcodes, review product and ingredient information, compare products, reconcile receipts, and interact with an AI shopping assistant.
4. Verify important information
Shopping, product, ingredient, nutrition, additive, price, barcode, and OCR information may be incomplete, inaccurate, misread, unavailable, or outdated. Prices and product details may differ by store, location, time, package, or source.
You are responsible for verifying important information directly from product packaging, the retailer, the manufacturer, or an appropriate authoritative source before relying on it or making a purchase or health-related decision.
5. No professional advice
Cartly does not provide medical, allergy, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use Cartly as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If an allergy, health condition, dietary requirement, or other important concern is involved, consult appropriate professionals and authoritative product sources.
6. Cartly AI
AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI output should be treated as informational assistance, not as a verified fact or professional recommendation. You must independently check information that matters to your health, safety, finances, purchases, or legal rights.
7. Third-party services and content
Cartly may rely on third-party services and databases, including AI, advertising, consent, product-information, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Their services, content, and availability may be governed by their own terms and policies. Orbitara does not control all third-party information or service availability.
8. Rewarded Cartly credits
Cartly credits obtained through rewarded ads or other eligible activities are virtual service units used only for supported Cartly functionality. They have no cash value, are not currency, and may not be transferred or sold.
Fraud, manipulation, automation, duplicate reward claims, or other attempts to obtain or use credits improperly are prohibited. Improperly obtained credits may be reversed, and related functionality may be restricted. Installation-associated credit balances may be removed after approximately 24 months of inactivity.
9. Future paid features
Orbitara may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. No current pricing or availability is promised by these terms. If purchases are later offered through Google Play, applicable Google Play billing and purchase terms may also apply.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Cartly for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity;
- attempt unauthorized access to Cartly, its backend, another system, or another person's data;
- bypass or interfere with security, authentication, quotas, rate limits, or technical safeguards;
- manipulate rewarded ads, credits, transactions, or anti-fraud controls; or
- disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or misuse Cartly's server-backed functionality.
11. Intellectual property
Orbitara retains its rights in Cartly, including its software, branding, designs, and original content. Third-party content, data, trademarks, and services remain owned by their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
12. Service changes and availability
Cartly's features, providers, integrations, limits, and availability may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Orbitara may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue functionality, including when a third-party service changes or is no longer available.
13. Suspension or restriction
Orbitara may suspend or restrict server-backed functionality when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cartly is provided “as is” and “as available.” Orbitara does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that Cartly's information, scans, calculations, third-party data, or AI output will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbitara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Cartly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
Orbitara may update these terms as Cartly, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
